Step on Stress Service: Information on Sleep Well course

The Step on Stress Service is continuing to run a new online course, Sleep Well. This 2-hour course uses cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques, and provides participants with knowledge and strategies to help reduce sleep problems and improve sleep quality. It can be accessed via self-referral on the Access Therapies website:www.accesstherapiesfife.scot.nhs.uk

8th 5-7pm

9th 10-12pm

The course is suitable for adults aged 18 and above. The group session is in the form of a live presentation delivered by NHS Fife Assistant Psychologists. Participants will not be asked to share personal experiences or speak in front of others.
