From 1st December 2023 patients will no longer be able to access the practice voicemail facility.
Prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:-
- Online at www.hospitalhillsurgery.co.uk
- Patient Access, orders can be placed 24hrs day (please ask at reception for more information)
- Hand in or fill out prescription request forms in the practice
- Pharmacy ordering and collection service (please check with the pharmacy of your choice if you wish to use this service)
- Email: [email protected]
Due to the ongoing increased demands, prescription requests will now take 5 working days to process (this does not include weekends or bank holidays).
Please check with your pharmacy who will tell you how long they require to process your prescription. Please ensure you order your medication 10 days before you run out as we may not be able to issue a prescription sooner than 5 working days.
